Use the Farm Sales layer’s radius filter to see every land sale within a set distance of a parcel, without building a CMA.

Step-by-step instructions

1

Open Map Layers

From the map, click Layers in the left sidebar to open the Map Layers panel.
2

Turn on Farm Sales

Expand Farms, then switch on the Farm Sales toggle. Sale prices appear on the map.
3

Open Advanced Filters

Under Farm Sales, click Advanced Filters to open the Farm Sales Filters panel.
4

Set the radius

Scroll down to Within _ miles and drag the slider to the distance you want, from 0 to 100 miles. The default is 10 miles.
5

Set the radius center point

Click Set radius center point on map, then click the parcel you want to search around. A pin drops on the parcel, and a circle shows the radius around it.
Zoom in until parcel boundaries and owner names show, so you can place the pin on the exact parcel.
6

Change the radius if needed

Drag the Within _ miles slider again to make the circle bigger or smaller.
7

Narrow the results (optional)

Use the other filters to keep only the sales you want:
  • Data Sources: Organization Comps, CoreLogic, Attom, Black Knight, Land Sales Bulletin
  • Status: Active, Sold
  • Sale Type: Auctions, Listing, Private Sale, Other
  • Show farm sales sold in the last: for example, 12 months
  • Soil Rating, Price Per Acre, Auction Date, and Gross Acres
8

Apply the filters

Click Apply. The map shows only the sales inside the radius that match your filters. Zoom in to see the price of each sale.
