Review the Largest Buyers

The Largest Buyers/Sellers table lists each buyer and how much land they have purchased. Look for names that point to an investor, such as an LLC, trust, or fund, and for buyers that show up on several transactions. The Network column groups parties who live at the same address, so you can see when several entities belong to the same buyer.

Build Your Outreach List

Use the De-Duped Direct Mail List table for outreach. It removes duplicate addresses, so each buyer receives one mailer even if they bought land under several names.
1
Hover over the De-Duped Direct Mail List table and click the three dots in the upper right corner
2
Click Download, then choose a file name, file type, and row limit
Try it: share an upcoming auction in your area with the top three buyers on your list.
