Connecting an operation is different from merging an operation in that it keeps the two entities separate, but shows there is a connection between the two.
  1. Locate the Operations you wish to connect on the map. Click on each operation then Save to Edit before proceeding
  2. Select any operation you saved
  3. On the Operation panel expand Connections and click on the name of a Contact
  4. Scroll down to the bottom and click +Connect Operation
  5. Select a relationship type and search for the operation
  6. Click Connect Operations
