Opening a parcel
- Tap any parcel on the map.
- Search for an owner or parcel number from the search bar.
- Open one from a farm’s parcel list.
- In CarPlay, use Explore → Parcels for the ones nearest you.
What’s on the detail sheet
The header shows the owner name, parcel number, county and state, and acres, plus the owner’s address with a directions button and the parcel’s coordinates. Owner name, parcel number, addresses, and coordinates can all be copied by tapping them. Below the header, the sheet is organized into expandable sections:Connections

The contacts and operations attached to this parcel. When there are none and
you have permission to edit contacts, Save as a Contact creates a
prospect from the parcel owner.

Farms in your account that include this parcel, and an option to build a new farm starting
from it.

Parcel ID and alternate parcel IDs, county, county subdivision, PLSS
township, section and range, county acres, calculated acres, and calculated
parcel square footage. Expanded by default.

Crop history for the parcel from the USDA Cropland Data Layer.

Land use, zoning, function, and structure descriptions, where the county
reports them.
Property Sales & Value

Last sales date, total parcel value, and land value. This data is provided
by the county assessor.

Flood zone, flood zone subtype, and the date of the flood zone data.

Sharing
