Soil Map Updates
- Acres associated with each soil type is now added up for you and displayed on the map and the PDF.
- Total acres shown are based on the gross acre size of the field. Tip: If you want the total to match the Production Acres, make sure the gross acres of each field matches the production acres of each field. If field gross acres and production acres differ, the totals will not align.
- Replaced universal use of “Total Productivity Index” to a display the preferred soil rating used by the State you are working with.
Mortgage Data Matching Update
*Requires subscription to mortgage data and purchase from third-party provider
- Before: Mortgage data was connected to owners via owner parcel data
- Now: Mortgage data is geocoded to owners via the provided mortgage borrower address
