Deep Research reports are viewed and generated from the operation panel only. If you click on a parcel, owner, or contact, make sure to click through to the operation to see its Deep Research report.
Deep Research reports are run automatically for operations over 1,000 acres. For smaller operations, you can generate a report on demand.
This is the most efficient way to view and run Deep Research reports.

On the left side of the Map, click Layers

Make sure the Operations layer is enabled

Zoom into the map and click on an operation

In the operation panel, find the Deep Research report. If a report has already been run (including all operations over 1,000 acres), you can open it here.

If no report has been run yet, click Generate Report

Viewing & Running a Deep Research Report From a Parcel

With land boundaries visible on the Map, click on a parcel to view the owner information

Where it says Operation, click on the operation name to open the operation panel

View the Deep Research report, or click Generate Report if one hasn’t been run yet

Enter the name of the person or operation into Smart Search. Expand the search area (for example, to national) if needed to find the right match.

On the results page, click on the entity under the Operation column

After Generating a Report

  • The report may take a couple minutes to generate. Once generated, a notification will appear at the bottom left of your screen.
  • Reports are saved with the operation and accessible to other users.
