Maizey, the AI Chat Support Agent Now Available

We’ve enabled an AI Support Agent on the Help Center to help users find answers and guides faster

When you navigate to the Help Center you’ll now notice a chat box in the lower right corner of the screen

Ask Maizey any of your “how do I…” questions and within a few moments it will come back with a summary of the instructions and a link to the guide
- Default session time for all users has been extended from 24 hours to 30 days.
- Please note the Organizations with SSO have their session time overridden to 24 hours
Search Results UX Improvements
When using the Smart Search feature, we’ve made improvement to allow more categories to be visibility in the initial search results screen. The top two results are shown in each category, rather than the top five.
Changes to Default Map Label Styling
Updates have been made to improve the legibility of the labeling on our map. Users will notice bolder, easier to read text when applying layers to the map, whether it is Contacts, Operators, or Parcel data.
