Week of September 6 – 12

Change an operation’s contact type — switch an operation between Customer and Prospect without editing each contact underneath it.
Redesigned Map Tools menu — a sleeker, grouped tools card that gives back vertical space on the map.
Operation Revenue — Purchases and Wallet Share — a new section on the operation profile showing purchase history and wallet share.
Help and support moved to HubSpot — a new in-app support widget, plus a quick form for reporting parcel assessor links that have changed.
Key People and confidence scoring in Omni — the Beta Key People concept, with its Low/Medium/High confidence rating, is now available to build reports against.
Deep research for newly qualifying operations — an FBA payment data import pushed about 15,000 platform operations over the 1,000 acre threshold, and all of them now have a deep research report and Key People.
Better link previews — sharing a CamoAg link now renders a proper large preview card across every brand, including whitelabels.
Edit relationship manager from iOS — set the relationship manager while creating or editing a contact on iOS.
Fixes and polish — the Map Layers menu no longer comes up empty on company layers, Highlight on Map for Buildings is correctly limited to Enterprise, date of birth validation is fixed on contact forms, and the operation preview panel got a styling pass.

Week of August 23 – 30

Farmer Bridge Assistance — 2025 FBA payments now viewable for relevant operations.
Drawing Tool Improvements — Circle irrigation pivots, snap to grid, & pinned shared vertices
Relationship Manager filter on the Contacts Dashboard — this filter has been fixed.
Simpler contact types — contact type is now just Customer or Prospect, applied across forms, detail panels, and map coloring.
Fresher parcel owner names — fixed an issue where parcel map labels showed a stale owner name after the owner has been updated.
Redesigned operation merge — a guided search, review, and confirm flow so you can see both operations side by side before merging.
New operation preview for everyone — the updated operation map panel is now the only experience and the previous layout has been retired.
Farm sale cloning guardrail — cloning is disabled, with an explanation on hover, for farm sales that came from an external source record.
iOS Version 2.7.0 — Connect Operations editing, a Notes list view, and more.

Week of August 16 – 22

Livestock data on operations — view and edit livestock by category on the operation panel. Your edits are preserved and won’t be overwritten by future data syncs.
The new operation preview experience is on for all customers — the refreshed operation map panel, plus a new Key people section in private beta.
Deep research links in reports — jump straight to a record’s research report from the Operators reports.
“View on map” links in reports — a compact icon link replaces the old list of drill links, starting with the Operations reports.
Recent Notes report for all Scout subscribers — a rolling view of notes recently added across your organization.
Embed SDK map uses the new navigation — embedded maps now get the updated Search and Layers menus.
Clearer operation search results — result cards now show the city, state, and county.
Shift-select parcels from global search — select a run of parcels in one gesture instead of one at a time.
New USDA Rural Development ineligibility layer — available as a custom company map layer on request.
Some old map bookmarks no longer redirect — a few legacy map URLs have been retired and will need updating.
