# Operations Assigned to Me

> A map layer that shows only the operations behind the contacts you're the relationship manager for, on your phone and in CarPlay.

The **Assigned to Me** layer puts your book of business on the map. It shows
the operations behind the contacts where you're the
[relationship manager](/ios/contacts), and nothing else — so you can see where
your customers and prospects are without the rest of your organization's
records in the way.

## Turning it on

    Tap the stacked-squares button in the upper right of the map.

    **Assigned to Me** is listed under **Operations**, above **Producers**.

  <Step title="Toggle Assigned to Me on">
    Your assigned operations appear on the map right away. The **Name** option
    underneath controls whether each pin is labeled with the operation's name.

Assigned to Me and Producers are separate toggles, so you can show just your
operations, just the full Producers layer, or both.

## Reading the map

    Nearby operations are grouped into numbered clusters. Unlike Producers,
    which only appears once you're zoomed in close, Assigned to Me shows at any
    zoom level — useful for seeing your whole territory at once.

    Clusters break apart into individual pins, drawn with the same customer and
    prospect pins as the Contacts layer.

## What's included

An operation appears on the layer when:

* It's connected to a saved contact, and
* You're that contact's relationship manager, and
* It has an address with a map location.

When you add a contact, change its relationship manager, or delete it, the
layer updates to match. To add an operation to
your layer, set yourself as the relationship manager on its contact. See
[Contacts](/ios/contacts).

## In CarPlay

The same layer is available on the car screen as **Operations Assigned to Me**
under **Explore → Layers → Data Layers**. Turning it on or off in either place
keeps the phone and car maps in sync. See [CarPlay Layers](/ios/carplay#layers).
