# Properties Added to Your Account
**Overview:** The page a user sees when they navigate to a farm/property they have added to their account.
**Farmland Insights**
* **Estimated Gross Revenue**: Typically used by landlords or investors to calculate the potential revenue of a farm
* **Yield Data & Insights:** Pulls in county yield averages released by the USDA
* **Rent Value:** Pulls in historical county rent averages as reported to and released by the USDA
* **Market Analysis:** If more than one CMA has been created for a farm, you can access historical versions here
**Tax & Financial:** Intended to be used by Farm Managers or Land Investors who want to track the mortgage and tax payments of properties in their portfolios.
**Fields & Parcels:** View, add, delete, or edit each field or parcel individually. You can also download a soil map for individual fields here.
**Documents:** Upload or save documents important
**Soil:** View and download a soil type, class, and capabilities maps for the entire farm. By default, soil ratings are based on the acres designated as productive.
**Activity:** Used by landlords to track activities on a farm such as planting and harvest.
**Leases & Agreements:** Used by landlords to manage leases tied to a farm.
