# Largest Farmland Buyers and Sellers

## **Largest Farmland Buyers & Sellers**

**To see all available filters click on the funnel to the right of the filters**

**Farm State:** Filter by the state in which the property is located

**Farm County:** Filter by the county in which the property is located. 

<Note>
  *Note: At this time, the county filter displays all counties regardless of the state selected, however, this is a request we have put through with the report provider, Omni*
</Note>

**Sold At:** Filter by a time frame or specific date/date range

**Buyer/Seller Relationship:** Filter to display only Buyers or only Sellers

**Farm Credit Institution:**  Use this filter to see farm sales that occurred within an institution's footprint.

**Transaction Acres:** Filter by the number of acres purchased or sold

**Farm Credit District:**

**Data Source:** Filter to show sales by a specific data source such as Land Sales Bulletin

**Miles from Property**

**Network:** Will list the primary name associated with the Network. 

**Network ID (Formerly “Address ID”):** The Network ID is unique to CamoAg and is used to create networks by grouping parties who reside at the same address

**Parcel Latitude & Longitude:** These can be manually entered, but populate when you access the report by right-clicking on the map.

**Distance to Address (in miles):** This sets the radius around the parcel for your search and pulls in any owner who has land within that radius. Populates by default to 10 miles when you access the report by right-clicking on the map.

**Map Layer Item ID:** This filter is populated when the report is accessed via a [Features of Interest](/hc/en-us/articles/26601919891735-Generating-a-Report-from-a-Custom-Features-of-Interest-Layers) layer on the map. The report will filter to show only data within the boundaries of that FOI layer.
