# Contact Enrichment

> Request a phone number, email, address, and age for a person you only have a name for.

You often know who owns a parcel long before you know how to reach them. **Request Contact Information** searches third-party consumer data for the rest of the record — a phone number, an email, a mailing address, and an age — using what you already have as the starting point.

## Where it appears

The request card shows up in two places:

* **On a contact** — in the **Contact Info** section of the contact panel, whenever the record is incomplete: missing a phone and an email, or missing an address.
* **In the create-contact form** — below the contact fields, so you can search and fill the form in one pass.

## What a search needs

A search needs a **name**, plus **at least one** of email, phone, or address. Until both halves are present, the card says so rather than offering the button:

> **Name** and at least one of **email, phone, or address** is required to search for additional information.

CamoAg only asks for the fields you're missing. If you already have a phone number, the search requests an email and an address and leaves the phone alone — matches are billed per field returned.

## What comes back

A match fills in a **Requested Contact Information** card:

| Age     | Derived from an approximate date of birth.                   |
| Email   | Links to a new message.                                      |
| Address | Street, city, state, and ZIP.                                |
| Phone   | Links to dial, with a Do Not Call warning where one applies. |

In the create-contact form, **Apply all above** drops every returned field into the form at once — the address replaces the one in the form — and the button flips to **Applied!**. You can also copy any single value and paste it where you want it. Nothing is saved until you select **Save Contact**.

If no match is found, the card reads **No additional data found**. A search that returns nothing is common for people with little consumer footprint; it isn't an error.

## Do Not Call checking

Whenever a search returns a phone number, CamoAg checks that number against the **National and State Do Not Call registries** and shows a warning beneath it when it's listed:

> Before contacting, be aware this number has been registered on the National Do Not Call list in addition to the following State Do Not Call lists: IA, IL.

Federal and state listings are called out separately, so you can see which registry applies.

  CamoAg surfaces Do Not Call status as a courtesy. Your organization is responsible for any calls it places to individuals on a Do Not Call registry.

## Accuracy

Enrichment data comes from a third-party data provider. CamoAg doesn't independently verify it or guarantee its accuracy — treat it as a supplement to what you already know, and verify before you act on it.

## Limits

* **One person at a time.** Bulk enrichment isn't available; to load a list, use [contact import](/contacts/camoag-contact-import) instead.
* **Individuals, not businesses.** The search is built around a person's name.
* **CRM contacts stay read-only.** If your organization has a CRM integrated, contact details synced from it can't be edited in CamoAg, and data from the CRM overrides anything entered here.
